I'm Dennis Adamczyk
Web Developer & UI/UX Designer
From hobby to profession.
For 7 years I've been gaining experience in interface design and software development in my free time, teaching myself new frameworks, tools and programming languages as an autodidact. At the age of 18, after graduating from high school, I decided to explore the theoretical background of my hobby by studying media and computer science and put my skills into practice by working as a student trainee. So far, I've mainly been working in the field of web and frontend development, but I'm looking forward to expanding my knowledge to other areas.
Many of my previous projects were also related to my other hobbies. For example, as a former editor-in-chief, I took on the web development of an online school newspaper blog and was able to pursue my interest in the field of marketing while implementing an e-commerce store. I am also a passionate electric guitarist, and learning and playing new songs provides a balance to my projects.
Before one can begin with the design, every project first needs a properly elaborated plan and innovative ideas.
Apps and websites as well as logos, products and printed media should not only look good, but also function simply and intuitively.
The technical implementation is what really brings a project to life. Especially with complex code it is important to stay calm.
